FACILITY MANAGER

Duties:
Manages the day-to-day operations of a residential facility for teen mothers.
Maintains a safe, clean and harmonious living and working environment.
Assists residents with daily living issues and the learning of independent living skills. Supervise staff of youth service workers.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or (GED). Associate Degree preferred. Good assessment and writing skills. Ability to effectively communicate both oral and written. Ability to work closely with management and professionals within the community.
ACCOUNTANT II

Duties:
Position requires strong computer knowledge (Excel spreadsheets and Solomon VII), strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player. Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and maintains and reconciles general ledger and historical records. Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, operating expenses, and insurance records.
Qualifications:
Accounting Degree and (5) five years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Duties:
Director of Finance is a senior management position responsible for directing the financial plans and accounting practices of the organization. This position oversees accounting, financial planning, budgeting, procurement, grants management and reporting as well as the financial and accounting system controls of the organization. The Director of Finance ensures timely financial reports for management and/or Board use and works collaboratively with other departments to ensure fiscal integrity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The DF must perform his or her duties in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles; applicable federal, state and local government laws and regulations; grants and contract requirements; and other funding source requirements and guidelines
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in accounting, finance or business-related field with a minimum of 5-10 years experience in financial management, preferably with nonprofit organizations. A thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and nonprofit accounting standards is required.
ASSISTANT COOK

Duties:
Ability to cook, plan meals and develop menus against the USDA nutritional requirements. Person must be able to work with children and teens. Medical clearances and Serve Sate Certification required.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicant should be at least 25 years of age. On-site or local commute position.
NURSE (Part-time; Saturdays)

Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to Alzheimer’s clients in a multi-service Senior Center. Review enrollment application and document daily sign-in-sheet. Follow-up needs with caregivers after consultation with physician as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be RN or LPN in DC. Must have a valid driver’s license and an automobile.
SOCIAL WORKER - LGSW

Delivers comprehensive case management services to client caseload and respective families. Maintains records of cases and monitors planned action. Maintains operations and ensures legal compliance.
